Step One
Enter your business details
Start by telling us who you are. This information powers your public booking page so customers can find and trust your business.
Business Profile
Your business name, category (salon, spa, dental, fitness, etc.), and a short description of what you offer.
Location & Contact
Your street address, city, state, phone number, and email so customers know where to find you.
Account Owner
Your name, role, and login credentials. This is the admin account that manages everything.
Secure by Default
Your data is encrypted and your account is protected from day one. We never share your information.
Your business description appears on your public booking page — make it clear and inviting so customers know what to expect.
Step Two
Add your services & choose a plan
List the services customers can book and select the subscription plan that fits your business. You can always add more services or change plans later.
Define Each Service
For every service, you'll set a name, duration, price, and optional category. Example: "Men's Haircut — 45 min — $25." These populate your booking calendar so customers pick exactly what they need.
Organize by Category
Group related services together (e.g., Haircuts, Color, Treatments) so your booking page stays clean and easy to navigate.

Set your availability

Advance Notice
Set how far in advance customers must book — from no minimum up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Buffer Time
Add breathing room between appointments — 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes so you're never double-booked.
Booking Window
Control how far out customers can schedule — 1 week, 30 days, 60 days, or up to 90 days ahead.
Cancellation Policy
Choose flexible, moderate (24hr), or strict (48hr) cancellation rules displayed to customers at booking.
You can fine-tune availability later — add lunch breaks, block holidays, or set special hours for specific days from your dashboard.
